It's been a ripening on the tree for a while now(in fact it was recorded shortly before the first covid lockdown!) and finally the first single from the forthcoming album by The Electrons will be out on May 24th (or midnight on on the night of the 23rd if you're up moongazing/moondancing).
The instrumental "Lo Nuevo" is an upbeat surf-rock-inspired number with elements of Cumbia thrown into the mix. Along with Tyson on guitar, The Electrons features Dayle Jellyman (keys), Cory Champion (drums) and Tom Callwood (bass).
